COOKIE POLICY
Effective from: 1st January 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how AIMAI uses cookies and similar technologies across the AIMAI website and the AIMAI platform, including PRISM. It is intended to cover both the WordPress marketing website, where consent is managed through Complianz, and the AIMAI platform environment, where cookies may be used for essential security and functionality purposes.
1. Scope
This policy applies to: (a) the AIMAI WordPress website, where cookie consent is managed using Complianz; and (b) the AIMAI platform, including authenticated workspaces, threads, knowledge features, assistants, client-level workspaces, and related services made available to authorised users.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use an online service. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs, and other identifiers used to recognise a browser or device, remember settings, maintain a session, improve security, and understand service performance.
3. How AIMAI uses cookies and similar technologies
- to keep users signed in securely and maintain authenticated sessions
- to support core platform functionality and route requests correctly
- to remember user preferences and interface settings
- to protect the platform and website against misuse, fraud, and security threats
- to help diagnose faults, monitor reliability, and improve service performance
- to support website consent management and record cookie choices
4. Categories of cookies we use
| Category | Purpose | Example use | Required for service |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Enable core website and platform functions such as login, session handling, security, consent management and load balancing | User authentication, session continuity, security controls, consent storage | Yes |
| Preferences | Remember choices made by the user to improve experience | Language or interface preferences | No, unless used for an essential function |
| Analytics | Help us understand how the website or platform is used so we can improve performance and usability | Aggregated usage measurement and performance insights | No |
| Embedded content or third-party tools | Support content or integrations delivered by third parties where used | Embedded media or client-specific integrations | Usually no, unless essential to a requested service |
5. AIMAI website cookies
On the AIMAI WordPress website, cookie consent is managed through Complianz. Non-essential cookies should only be set after the relevant consent has been provided. Strictly necessary cookies may still be used where required for the website to function properly, including storing your cookie preferences and maintaining basic security and site performance.
6. AIMAI platform cookies
The AIMAI platform, including PRISM, is a governed AI workspace operated on AWS infrastructure and designed to provide secure, authenticated access to client workspaces, knowledge, threads, assistants, approvals, audit functionality, and related features. The platform mainly relies on strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to enable login, maintain secure sessions, manage permissions, preserve state within the application, and protect the service.
At present, the AIMAI platform is expected primarily to use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for secure sign-in, session continuity, access control, system integrity, and core service delivery. If analytics, embedded services, or client-specific integrations introduce additional cookies in future, this policy and the underlying cookie inventory should be updated accordingly.
7. Cookie details
The exact cookies, durations, providers, and whether they are first-party or third-party should be confirmed from the Complianz scan for the WordPress website and from a direct technical review of the AIMAI platform and any enabled integrations. Until that review is completed, this policy should be treated as the governing framework rather than a final cookie inventory.
8. Managing cookies
- Website visitors can manage non-essential cookie preferences through the Complianz banner and preference tools on the website.
- Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through browser settings.
- If you block strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies used by the platform, some parts of the service may not work properly or may be inaccessible.
9. Changes to this Cookie Policy
AIMAI may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The latest version will be made available through the website and, where appropriate, within the platform.
10. Contact
If you have questions about this Cookie Policy or AIMAI’s use of cookies and similar technologies, contact AIMAI Ltd using the contact details provided in the Privacy Policy.
