The problem

Machine knowledge is often spread across manuals, drawings, SOPs and the heads of experienced engineers. When an operator needs help with set-up, a fault or a maintenance question, finding the right instruction can take longer than the task itself.

That creates avoidable delays, slows onboarding and makes everyday support dependent on a small number of people who know where everything is.

What the Application does

AIMAI built the Application to bring approved technical knowledge into one governed support experience. An operator asks a question about a machine, fault or task. The Application identifies the relevant context, searches approved manuals, diagrams, SOPs and troubleshooting knowledge, then returns source-grounded guidance with references to the underlying material. If the approved sources do not support an answer, it directs the user to the correct escalation path instead of guessing.

Approved documentation remains the authority. The Application does not bypass safety procedures, maintenance controls or accountable engineering decisions. Where the source material does not support an answer, it says so and directs the user to the appropriate person or process.
