One of the most useful questions to ask AI is also one of the simplest: “What have I missed?”
Use it after you have written a plan, reviewed some numbers, prepared for a meeting or thought through a decision. Then make it slightly harder: What assumption are we making? What would somebody disagree with? What evidence would change the answer?
The first answer from AI is often the obvious one. The second pass is where it starts becoming more useful because you are asking it to look for the gaps rather than simply agree with the direction you have already taken.
It takes a few seconds and does not require a clever prompt, a new tool or any setup. Just remember to ask the extra question.
